특징 

 

  • 제거하고자 하는 Ribosomal RNA에 hybridization 하기 위한 oliginucleotide pooling mixture를 제작해 드립니다. 
  • Cytoplasmic, mitochondiral 리보좀 RNA를 효과적으로 제거하며 95%이상의 rRNA depletion efficiency를 갖습니다.
  • Biotin이 coupling되어 있어, Streptavidin-coated magnetic bead를 이용한 target rRNA의 capture, removal이 수월합니다. 
  • Ribo-Zero (Illumina)에 비해 rRNA 제거효율이 높습니다.
  • human/mouse/rat 및 bacteria, archaea, plant, fungi 등 다양한 species에 대한 riboPOOL probe를 제작합니다.

Data with Pan-Plant riboPOOL – Efficient Across Phyla

 

 

 

Data kindly provided by Dr. Bruno Huettel and Dr. Christian Wöhle, Max Planck Genome Centre Cologne. RNA (1 μg, RIN ~8) was isolated with QIAgen RNeasy and subject to rRNA depletion with Pan-Plant riboPOOL, followed by clean-up with RNA XPClean (Beckman Coulter). Library preparation and sequencing was performed with NEB kit (modified) and Illumina HiSeq3000 respectively.
