특징

  

  • LYTAC(LYsosome TArgeting Chimera)은 타겟 단백질의 분해 기전입니다.
  • 한쪽에는 Cation-independent mannose-6-phosphate receptor (CI-M6PR)나 asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR)와 같은 receptor에 대한 리간드로, 다른 한쪽은 타겟 단백질에 대한 리간드를 가지며, 중간에 linker를 통해 연결되어 있는 heterobifunctional molecules  입니다. 
  • 분해하고자 하는 단백질을 lysosome으로 보내어, "타겟단백질-Receptor-endocytosis" 과정을 형성하여 타겟 단백질을 분해합니다. 
  • LYTAC 개발을 위한 LYTAC Building Block을 제공합니다.
