특징

 

  • LysoView™ 는 live cell 내에서 lysosome만 염색하는 highly-selective lyosomotropic dye 입니다.
  • pH가 낮은 소기관에 축적되어 wash step 없이도 매우 specific하게 염색되며 무독성입니다. 
  • LysoView™ 540과 LysoView™ 633은 pH-sensitive하여 염색 특이성을 향상시킵니다. 
  • LysoView™ 488은 SIM을 통한 초고해상도 이미징에 검증되었습니다.
  • LysoView™ 650은 SIM 및 STED를 통한 초고해상도 이미징에 사용됩니다. 
  • Light-On LysoView™ 555는 UV에 노출되기 전까지는 비형광성을 유지합니다.
