특징

TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling) assay는 apoptosis가 일어난 세포에서 TdT(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase)를 이용하여 DNA 단편의 3'-OH 말단에 dUTP를 라벨링하고 형광현미경이나 유세포분석기로 검출합니다.
Fixed tissue section이나 cellular sample에서 apoptotic cell을 CF dye로 labeling하여 TUNEL assay를 진행합니다.
밝고 안정적인 CF dye 형광을 이용합니다.
