배경 

Apoptotic, Necrotic, and Healthy Cells Quantification Kit (#30018) 

• Apoptosis cell은 green으로, necrotic cell은 red로, total cell은 blue로 염색됩니다.
• Necrosis로 손상된 세포의 DNA는 Ethidium homodimer III (EthD-III)로 염색됩니다.
  
• Cell permeable한 DNA dye인 Hoechst 33342는 모든 세포의 핵을 blue로 염색합니다. 
• 15-30분 소요됩니다.

  - FITC Annexin V: Ex/Em 498/517 nm
  - EthD-III: Ex/Em 279, 532/625 nm (with DNA)
  - Hoechst 33342: Ex/Em 352/462 nm (with DNA)

Apoptosis and Necrosis Quantification Kit (#30017 & 30065) 

• #30017은 세포막의 PS(Phosphatidylserine)에 결합하는 Annexin V-FITC를 이용하여 apoptosis를 확인하고 (green 형광),  Plus Kit (#30065)는 FITC 보다 강하고 지속적인 형광성을 가진 CF488A를 사용합니다. 
• Nucleic Acid Probe인 Ethidium Homodimer III (EthD-III) 통해 necrosis를 확인합니다. 
• Apoptotic cell은 green 형광, Necrotic cell은 red 형광으로 보여집니다. Late apoptotic cell은 red와 green 모두 염색 됩니다. 
• Suspension cell과 Adherent cell에 모두 사용 가능합니다.
• 세포를 시약으로 염색 후 포름알데히드를 통한 세포고정이 가능합니다.
• Flow Cytometry와 형광현미경을 통해 결과를 확인합니다.  

Dual Apoptosis Assay Kit

• Caspase 3 활성화와 phosphatidylserine (PS) 전위를 검출하기 위한 두가지 마커인 NucView® 488 Caspase-3 Substrate와 형광이 라벨링된 Annexin V conjugate를 제공합니다. 
  
• 염색에 15-30분 정도 소요됩니다.
