CytoSelect™ LDH Cytotoxicity Assay Kit (#CBA-241) 

 

  • 세포 독성 측정 및 모니터링을 위한 kit 입니다.
  • 세포에 화합물을 처리하여 죽으면 유리되는 LDH (Lactate dehydrogenase)는 lactate를 pyruvate로 전환시키면서 NADH를 생성하고 이는 WST-1을 orange formazan form으로 전환하여 컬러 반응을 일으킵니다. 
  • adherent, non-adherent 세포에 모두 적용됩니다.





EnzyLight™ Cytotoxicity Assay Kit (#ECTX-100)

  • 세포 생존력, 증식력, 세포 독성 측정 및 항암제 스크리닝을 위한 luciferin/luciferase 기반의 분석 킷트 입니다. 
  • cell이 lysis되어 세포내 ATP가 유리되면 luciferase와 반응하여 D-luciferin으로부터 light을 생성합니다.
