• LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate)의 factor C가 Endotoxin의 level에 따라 활성화되어 substrate를 발색하는 원리로, Endotoxin level을 측정합니다. 
• FDA 가이드라인에 따른 그람음성균의 내독소를 반정량적으로 측정합니다.

2. ToxinSensor Gel Clot Endotoxin Assay Kit (#L00351)

• Gelation 원리를 이용하여 in vitro end product endotoxin을 정성 분석하는 방식입니다. 
• LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate)을 LAL Reagent Water에 reconstitute한 후 샘플을 반응시키면, 샘플내 존재하는 Endotoxin level이 0.25 EU/ml 이상일 경우, solution이 응고됩니다. 즉, 응고 여부 (Positive or Negative)로 endotoxin 존재 여부를 확인합니다.
