ToxinEraser Endotoxin Removal Kit (#L00338)

내독소 (Endotoxin)은 그람음성세균에 존재하며 치료용 단백질의 주된 오염 요인입니다. 그람음성 박테리아의 세포벽을 이루는 Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)는 포유동물의 숙주에서 저혈압, 기관부전, 파종성 혈관내 응고 및 치명적인 쇼크를 유발할 수 있는 물질로, drug 공정시 제거되어야 합니다.
고효율의 내독소 제거용 ToxinEraser resin으로 처리된 polymyxin B (PMB) affinity matrix를 이용하여 endotoxin을 제거합니다.
ToxinEraser를 반복적으로 사용함으로써 final endotoxin 수준을 샘플 유형에 따라 최대 0.1 EU/ml까지 낮출 수 있습니다.

1. ToxinSensor Chromogenic LAL Endotoxin Assay Kit (#L00350)

정확한 in vitro end product endotoxin detection을 위하여 LAL을 비색법으로 측정하는 방식입니다.
LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate)의 factor C가 Endotoxin의 level에 따라 활성화되어 substrate를 발색하는 원리로, Endotoxin level을 측정합니다.
FDA 가이드라인에 따른 그람음성균의 내독소를 반정량적으로 측정합니다.

2. ToxinSensor Gel Clot Endotoxin Assay Kit (#L00351)

Gelation 원리를 이용하여 in vitro end product endotoxin을 정성 분석하는 방식입니다.
LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate)을 LAL Reagent Water에 reconstitute한 후 샘플을 반응시키면, 샘플내 존재하는 Endotoxin level이 0.25 EU/ml 이상일 경우, solution이 응고됩니다. 즉, 응고 여부 (Positive or Negative)로 endotoxin 존재 여부를 확인합니다.
Detection range : 0.25 EU/ml

3. ToxinSensor Single Test Kit (#L00856/L00857/L00858/L00859)

인간, 동물의 비경구약물, 생물학적 제재 및 의료기기에 대한 정성적 In vitro end-point endotoxin 테스트에 이용됩니다.
Tachypleus의 Amebocyte Lysate (TAL)가 시료나 control과 바로 사용될 수 있도록 용해된 형태로 제공되어 LAL 용액에 녹이는 과정을 생략한 1-step endotoxin 검출 키트입니다.
Detection 범위에 따라 4가지로 제공됩니다. (0.03 EU/ml, 0.06 EU/ml, 0.125 EU/ml and 0.25 EU/ml)
1시간 동안 배양한 후 시료에 endotoxin이 있을 경우, gel이 형성됩니다.
