특징

 

  • MTT, XTT 및 resazurin은 활성 미토콘드리아에 의해 환원되어 유색 생성물을 생성하므로 세포 생존력을 검정하고 세포수를 정량화하는 데 유용합니다.
  • MTT 및 XTT는 흡광도로 측정할 수 있는 유색 포르마진 염으로 환원됩니다.
  • Resazurin은 환원되어 resorufin을 형성하고 흡광도 또는 형광으로 측정할 수 있습니다.
  • MTT 검정은 흡광도를 측정하기 전에 세포 용해가 필요합니다. XTT 및 Resazurin은 세포 용해가 필요하지 않으므로 multiple timepoint에서 측정할 수 있습니다. 
  • ATP-Glo™는 ATP 수치를 기준으로 생존 가능한 포유류 세포를 정량화 할 수 있는 고감도 linear luminescence-based assay 입니다. 이 분석법은 최소 0.01 pmol ATP 또는 단일 생존 세포를 검출할 수 있습니다.
