특징

• High resolution (HR) preparative grade column으로 GE Healthcare의 Superdex 제품을 대체할 수 있습니다.
• High molecule도 overlap 없이 잘 분리됩니다.
• 각 column은 Height Equivalent to a Theoretical Plate (HETP)와 peak assymmetry 인증을 받았습니다. (Theoretical Plate Number: > 10,000 N/m & Peak Asymmetry: 0.7-1.5)
  
• High Resolution (HR) resin은 dextran과 agarose의 co-polymer이며 particle의 평균크기는 35um (20-50um) 입니다. 
  
• 16/60 HR column은 non-adjustable end adaptor (classic design)와 adjustable end adaptor (dynamic design) 모두 가능합니다. 
• 3가지 사이즈
  1) 11/30 
  2) 16/60 (GE 16/600 사이즈와 동일)
  3) 26/60 (GE 26/600 사이즈와 동일)
• 2가지 분리 범위 : 6-600kDa (GE Superdex S200 pg 대체), 3-70kDa (GE Superdex S75 pg 대체)
