종류 및 특징 

Optima PRO 24 Well Plate 

• 최대 24개의 샘플을 동시에 25분 내에 정제할 수 있습니다.
• 각 well에 0.2-2 ml resin이 처리되어 있어 한 번에 정제할 수 있습니다.
• Centrifuge 또는 Positive Pressure Pump를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• Liquid Handler와 Positive Pressure Pump로 자동화하여 시간을 절감합니다.
• Unclarified cell lysates (PRO-D)를 이용하여 시간을 더욱 절감합니다.
• Super Protein A, MabSelect Sure, MabSelect Sure LX 중 선택하거나 상용화된 또는 in-house affinity resin을 이용할 수 있습니다.

Optima PRO 96 Well Plate 

• Filtration과 purification을 한번에 진행할 수 있는 96 well screen plate 입니다.
• 각 well에 50ul의 resin이 처리되어 한번에 다량의 단백질을 정제할 수 있습니다.
• Secreted protein은 전처리 없이 바로 cell culture 용액을 로딩합니다.
• 막힐 염려가 없으므로 pre-filtration이나 pre-centrifugation등의 전처리가 필요없습니다.
• 독점적인 SelfSeal Membrane은 전체 plate에서 well 간 수율 재현성을 보장합니다. 
• 분리하고자 하는 단백질에 따라 Resin을 선택할 수 있습니다. (종류 : Heparin, Ni, Protein A, Protein G, Q IEX, S IEX)
