axion Maestro Pro 다중 전극 어레이(MEA) 시스템을 사용하여 10일째에 axoCells 운동 뉴런의 발화를 평가했습니다. 운동 뉴런의 나트륨 스파이크 발화와 네트워크 버스트 발화 반응을 확인할 수 있습니다.

NeuroBurst(시냅신 리포터에 의해 구동되는 칼슘 민감성 렌티바이러스)로 형질전환된 axoCells 운동 뉴런의 21일째 발화 패턴은 IncuCyte에서 자발적인 신경 활동을 포착합니다. 이는 평균 상관관계 0.92의 규칙적이고 동기화된 발화를 보여줍니다. 측정된 잠재적 매개변수에는 평균 상관관계, 버스트 발생률, 버스트 지속 시간 및 버스트 강도가 포함됩니다.

ALS에서 유래한 운동 신경 세포는 건강한 축삭 세포의 운동 신경 세포에 비해 크기가 작고 균일하지 않으며 신경 돌기가 더 가늘게 형성됩니다.
