  • Motor Neuron Progenitor cell은 Motor neuron cell fate marker인 OLIG2와 SOX1를 발현합니다.
  • 배양 14일차부터는 motor neuron의 대표적인 마커인 HB9, LIM3, OLIG2 및 TUJ1을 발현하고, 14일이 더 경과한 이후에는 ChAT와 ISL1을 발현합니다.
  • Motor Neuron Maturation Accelerator Supplement(#ax0179)는 운동 뉴런의 발생 환경을 재현하여 운동 뉴런이 빠르게 성숙하게 하여,  10일 내에 synchronized bursting을 발현하고, neuraxis가 발달되며, B9, ChAT2 및 Islet-1이 발현되도록 합니다. 
  • 동물모델을 대신하여 drug-screening assay, 운동신경세포 퇴행성 모델등의 연구에 이용됩니다.
