특징

Sensory Neuron (감각뉴런)은 감각 기관에서 받아들인 정보를 중추 신경계인 뇌와 척수로 전달하는 뉴런입니다. Axol Human iPSC-Sensory Neuron Progenitors는 small molecule을 이용하여 분화된 iPSC유래 감각신경세포로, glass나 plastic상에서 endpoint assay를 수행하기 위해 고안된 sensory maintenance medium과 coating reagent를 사용하여 최적화된 세포 배양 시스템을 제공합니다.
통각(nociception) 및 감각 습득에 관련된 다양한 channel을 발현합니다.
