초고해상도 현미경 관찰에 이용되는 Janelia Fluor® Dyes

Spontaneously Blinking Janelia Fluor® Dyes는 자발적으로 깜박이는 기능이 탑재되어, SMLM과 같은 초고해상도 현미경 관찰에 유용합니다.

특징 

 

  • 자발적으로 깜박이는 Janelia Fluor® Dyes는 광활성화 용액이나 산화환원 완충액 필요없이, 세포와 고밀도 생물분자 구조에서 single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM)과 같은 초고해상도 현미경 관찰에 사용됩니다. 
  • 초고해상도 현미경 실험에 이상적인 duty cycle로 "꺼짐"과 "켜짐" 상태 사이를 자동으로 순환합니다.
