MEA- Multi-Electrode Array

AXOL에서는 Axion사의 Maestro Pro MEA 시스템을 결합하여 프로젝트 요구사항에 맞는 다양한 전기 생리학적 검사를 제공합니다.  

• High-throughput data acquisition in up to a 48-well plate format

• Local extracellular action potential (LEAP) and contractility recordings from cardiomyocytes

• Routine 48-well format chronic or acute studies

• Rapid, high-throughput screening on Incucyte to test initial effect using spontaneous neuronal activity, followed up by more in-depth MEA analysis on interesting compounds

• Field action potential recordings for cardiotoxicity and neurotoxicity testing

• Cell, co-culture and disease model validation
