The cells were counterstained using DAPI to allow visualization of nuclei.Expression of Troponin T, atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and atrial myosin light chain 2 (MLC2a) was confirmed in Axol iPSC-Derived Atrial Cardiomyocytes using immunocytochemistry.
