특징

 

  • 적혈구(RBC), Zymosan, 또는 E.coli를 pathogen으로 이용하여, 세포의 식균작용을 유도하고 분석합니다. 
  • adherent phagocytes에는 Zymosan을, suspension cell의 식균작용에는 E.coli나 RBC를 이용합니다. 
  • 96-well 형식으로 제공되어 많은 샘플을 동시에 분석할 수 있습니다.
  • Colorimetric 방법을 이용하여 Standard microplate reader로 간편하게 측정할 수 있습니다.
