특징

• Cell adhesion은 migration, invasion, 조직재생, 상처치유등과 관련된 과정으로, 세포는 ECM에 부착하여 세포 골격 성분과 복합체를 형성합니다. 
• 형광 혹은 컬러 방법으로 세포부착에 관여하는 ECM 단백질 (Collagen I, Collagen IV, Fibronectin, Laminin)을 정량합니다. 
• 40개의 well에는 해당 ECM이, 8개의 well에는 negative control인 BSA가 코팅되어 있습니다.
• Kit의 구성 : 각 ECM으로 코팅된 Plate, Cell Stain Solution, Extraction Solution

실험 결과

ECM-mediated Cell Adhesion. Serum starved cells were allowed to attach to ECMcoated 48-well plate for 1 hr at 100,000 cells/well. 

Adherent cells were stained (left panel picture) and quantified at OD 560nm after extraction (right panel figure).
