1. Boyden Chamber Assays

Boyden chamber를 이용하여 migration, invasion을 연구하는 방법입니다.
pore size를 가진 membrane으로 구성된 원통형 insert를 cell culture plate의 well에 넣고 cell을 seeding 후 chemoattractant를 함께 배양하여 cell의 이동성을 확인합니다.
insert에 ECM을 코팅하여 cell의 invasion을 확인할 수 있습니다.
Chemotaxis, Haptotaxis, leukocyte나 tumor cell의 Transmigration 연구에 유용합니다.
