특징 

  

  • Adrenergic receptor (Adrenoceptor)는 α와 β의 주요 그룹으로 분리되며, Adrenaline/epinephrine이라는 신경전달물질(호르몬)과 작용하는 수용체 입니다. 
  • α그룹은 α1, α2로, 그리고 좀더 세분화된 α1A, α1B, α1D, α2A, α2B, α2C로 나뉘어 지고, β 그룹은 β1, β2, β3 subgroup으로, β 그룹은 β1, β2, β3 subgroup으로 나뉘어 지며, 각 subtype은 여러 장기에서 근육, 혈관 수축 등의 기능에 관여합니다.
