In Vitro Tumor Sensitivity Assay Kit

CytoSelect™ 96-well In Vitro Tumor Sensitivity Assay kit는 semisolid culture media에서 anchorage-independent growth를 모니터링함으로써 chemosensitivity 및 anti-cancer drug의 잠재성을 확인하는데 이용합니다.

특징

 

  • 화학민감성 (chemosensitivity)를 테스트하기 위해 특별히 고안된 soft agar colony를 이용하여 anchorage-independent growth를 모니터링하고 잠재적인 항암제를 스크리닝합니다. 
  • 6-8일  후 colorimetric microplate reader로 cell colony를 정량합니다.
