EHS(Engelbreth–Holm–Swarm) tumor cell 유래의 ECM을 이용하여 내피세포의 tube 형성능을 확인할 수 있도록 고안된 Assay Kit입니다.

특징


  • Endothelial Tube Formation Assay (In Vitro Angiogenesis Assay) kit를 이용하여 In vitro에서 angiogenic tube의 형성을 관찰할 수 있습니다.
  • In vivo basement membrane 환경과 비슷한 ECM matrix gel을 이용합니다.
  • 18시간 내에 tube formation을 관찰할 수 있습니다.
  • kit에 제공되는 형광 dye를 통해 tube 길이, branch point등의 tube formation 정도를 확인할 수 있습니다.
