특징 

 

  • Animal cell의 두가지 주요 DNA Repair 경로는 homologous recombination (HR)non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ)로 구분됩니다. HR은 유전독성으로부터 세포를 보호하는데 매우 중요하고, 세포 주기 중 S-phase에 의존적입니다.  NHEJ는 모든 동물세포의 주요 복구 경로로 전체적인 세포주기 동안 지속적으로 작동합니다. HR 및 NHEJ에 대한 특정 reporter 기반의 분석은 항암 약물 발견 프로젝트에 매우 유용할 수 있고 DNA 복구 프로세스에 대한 이해에 도움을 줍니다.
  • DNA 복구 프로세스에 영향을 미치는 약물/천연물/저분자/합성물/miRNA/유전자 등을 스크리닝 할 수 있는 cell 기반 reporter kit을 제공합니다. 
  • HR 및 NHEJ Repair 경로를 연구할 수 있는 Frozen reporter cell과 plasmid를 제공합니다.  

 

 


종류 

 

1. Homologous Recombination (HR) 분석을 위한 kit

  

  • HR에 대한 특정 리포터 기반 분석은 항암 약물 발견 프로젝트에 매우 유용할 수 있으며 DNA HR 복구 프로세스에 대해 더 많은 정보를 제공하고 교차 경로 및 약물 가능 경로 표적을 설정합니다.
  • HR DNA 복구 프로세스에 영향을 미치거나 영향을 미치는 에이전트(약물, 천연물, 저분자, 합성, miRNA 및 유전자)를 스크리닝하거나 식별할 수 있도록 설계된 HeLa,  Neuroblastoma, 3T3 세포 기반 리포터 kit을 제공합니다. 
  • HR Kit는 상동 재조합(HR)을 사용하여 GFP 음성 세포에서 GFP 양성 세포로 변환하는 트윈 GFP 카세트를 사용합니다.

2. Non-homologous End Joining (NHEJ) 분석을 위한 Kit

  • NHEJ 복구에 영향을 미치거나 영향을 미치는 에이전트(약물, 천연물, 소분자, 합성, miRNA 및 기타 유전자)를 스크리닝하거나 식별할 수 있도록 설계된 HeLa,  HNSH, 3T3 세포 기반 리포터 kit을 제공합니다.
