AAV2-GFP Production and Transduction: AAV2-GFP is produced by cotransfecting 293AAV cells (Cat.# AAV-100) with pAAV-GFP (Cat.# AAV-400), pAAV-RC2 and pHelper. 293AD Cells (Cat.# AD-100) were infected with AAV2-GFP viral supernatant for 48 hrs. Top left: 293AAV cells before transfection (10X); Top right: 293AAV cells 48 hrs after transfection (10X); Bottom left: GFP Expression in 293AAV cells 48 hrs after transfection (10X).
