ViraDuctin™ AAV Transduction Kit (#AAV-200, AAV-201) 

• AAV의 세포내 유입 효율을 높여줍니다. 
• 다양한 세포에 적용됩니다. 
• 1차 세포나 줄기세포와 같이 잘 침투되지 않는 세포에도 잘 작용합니다. 
• ViraDuctin™ AAV Transduction Reagent A, B 시약으로 구성되며, culture media에 혼합하여 세포에 처리합니다. 
  

AAV-GFP Transduction Efficiency with ViraDuctin™ . HeLa cells were seeded at 50,000 cells/well in a 24-well plate overnight. 

Cells were then treated with ViraDuctin™ for 20 hours before infecting with AAV-GFP.

ViraDuctin™ Lentivirus Transduction Kit (#LTV-200, LTV-201)

• Lentivirus의 세포내 유입 효율을 높여줍니다. 
• 다양한 세포에서 Polybrene®보다 높은 형질도입 효율을 가집니다.
  
• 1차 세포나 줄기세포와 같이 잘 침투되지 않는 세포에도 잘 작용합니다. 
  
• ViraDuctin™ Lentivirus Transduction Reagent A, B, C 시약으로 구성됩니다.

Transduction of 293AD and HT-1080 Cells. 293AD cells (#AD-100) and HT-1080 cells were each seeded at 50,000 cells/well in a 24-well plate overnight. Cells were infected with GFP lentivirus for 48 hours in the presence of no additive (left), Polybrene® (middle), or the ViraDuctin™ Lentivirus Transduction Kit (right).

ViraDuctin™ Retrovirus Transduction Kit (#RV-200, RV-201)

• Retrovirus의 세포내 유입 효율을 높여줍니다. 
• 다양한 세포에서 Polybrene®보다 높은 형질도입 효율을 가집니다.
  
• 1차 세포나 줄기세포와 같이 잘 침투되지 않는 세포에도 잘 작용합니다. 
  
• ViraDuctin™ Retrovirus Transduction Reagent A, B, C 시약으로 구성됩니다.
