RAPAd Adenoviral Expression Systems (#VPK-250, VPK-252)

3개월이 걸리는 전통적인 방식에 비해 단 2-3주 만에 recombinant adenovirus를 패키징합니다.
RCV의 수가 현저히 감소됩니다.
CMV 또는 RSV promoter를 포함하는 shuttle vector와 함께 사용하는 타입(#VPK-250)과 promoterless shuttle vector를 사용하는 타입(#VPK-252)으로 제공됩니다.

Replication Competent Adenovirus (RCA) Assay (#VPK-111)

Replication competent adenovirus를 측정하는 방식으로, 10-14일 정도 걸리는 전통적인 Plaque-forming unit assay에 비해, 이틀간의 incubation 후 immunocytochemistry staining을 통해 확인할 수 있으므로 신속하고 편리합니다.
구성 :
- Anti-Hexon Antibody
- Secondary Antibody, HRP Conjugate
- DAB Substrate
- Diluent
