Immune Checkpoints 

 

  • Immune checkpoint molecule은 면역억제 신호경로에 관여하여 면역세포의 활성을 유도합니다.
  • indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), tryptophan 2,3 dioxygenase (TDO), arginase 와 같은 특정 대사 효소도 면역세포 기능에 필수적인 아미노산을 국소적으로 고갈시키는 역할을 하므로 Immune checkpoint molecule로 간주됩니다.
