특징 

• Lentiviral system을 통해 A549, HEK293 및 human 유래 cell로부터 안정하게 만들어진 Premade mammalian cell 입니다.
• High level constitutive expression을 위하여 suCMV promoter 또는 선택적 inducible suCMV 또는 enhanced EF1a promoter에 의해 driven 되는 특정 타겟 유전자가 각 cell line에 포함되어 제공됩니다.
• Inducible stable cell line의 경우, culture medium에 tetracycline을 추가하기 전까지 타겟이 발현되지 않습니다.
