특징

• Accutase™ 는 Trypsin을 대체하는 cell detachment solution입니다.
• Trypsin-EDTA를 장기간 cell에 처리 할 경우 cell viability가 떨어지게 되고, 동물유래 바이러스에 대한 감염이 우려될 수 있습니다. Accutase™ 는 단백질 분해효소와 콜라겐 분해효소로 이루어져 있어, cell에 대한 damage를 줄일 수 있으며, 동물유래 바이러스에 대한 감염의 걱정이 없습니다.
