특징 

 

  • 세포외 소포(EV) 염색액에 추가함으로서 유세포 측정 등의 실험에서 염색 특이성을 향상시키는 첨가제입니다
  • 특정 EV 염료의 응집을 줄여, 결합체가 EV를 더 효율적으로 염색할 수 있도록 하여 신호 대 잡음 비율을 개선하고 위양성을 줄여줍니다.  
  • 여러 가지 lectin 및 Annexin V로 검증되었습니다.
  • EV의 항체 염색을 방해하지 않습니다.
  • 사용이 간편하며, 염색 반응에 직접 추가하기만 하면 됩니다.





HeLa EVs were stained with ExoBrite™ 490/515 WGA Stain with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise. 

 

Jurkat EVs were stained with ExoBrite™ 490/515 Annexin Stain with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.


 

 

HepG2 EVs were stained with Concanavalin A (Con A) CF®488A conjugate with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.  

 



HeLa EVs were stained with Datura Stromonium Lectin (DSL) CF®488A conjugate with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.



HeLa EVs were stained with Phaseolus Vulgaris Leucoagglutinin (PHA-L) CF®488A conjugate with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.


HepG2 EVs were stained with Concanavalin A (Con A) CF®488A conjugate with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.



HeLa EVs were stained with Ulex Europaeus Agglutinin I (UAE I) CF®488A conjugate with or without ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer. The Enhancer reduces dye aggregates and increases the number of detected stained EVs, for improved signal-to-noise.
