특징

약물, 화합물 작용제, 교란물질 (환경작용제, 식품첨가물, 화장품첨가물, 연료, 방사선 등)은 조혈계의 정상적인 기능과 조절에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 조혈계는 각각 다른 기능을 가진 여러 세포 유형으로 성장할 수 있는 잠재력이 있으므로 줄기세포의 독성 물질에 대한 반응을 확인함으로서 림프-조혈계의 독성에 대한 예측이 가능합니다.
전통적인 Colony-forming cell (CFC) 검정법은 methylcellulose에 세포를 고정하고 현미경을 통해 주관적으로 colony를 계산하여, CV가 높고 정확한 IC 값 도출이 어렵습니다. 또한 세포 증식의 측정은 어렵다는 한계가 있습니다.
ATP를 이용한 Hematotoxicity 분석법은 초기 약물 개발부터 전임상 동물 연구 및 그 이후까지 가장 신뢰할 수 있는 혈액 독성 스크리닝 및 테스트 플랫폼 입니다.
HALO-Tox 분석에 이용되는 Suspension Expansion Culture™ (SEC™) 기술은 CFC 분석에 비해, 표준화와 검증, 높은 감도 및 정확성, 높은 신뢰성과 재현성, 빠른 분석결과를 제공합니다.
또한 Luciferin/luciferase ATP 생물 발광 기술을 이용하여 표준화와 검증을 제공합니다.
Primitive Hematopoietic Stem Cells (SC-GEMM 1), Erythropoietic (P-BFU), Granulocyte-Macrophage (P-GM), Megakaryopoietic Progenitor Cells (P-Mk 1), P-T Cell, P-B Cell 등에 대한 compound의 효과를 분석합니다. (*SC : Stem Cell, P : Progenitor cell)
