특징

• RedDot dye는 specificity가 좋고 stable하여 nuclear staining에 이상적인 근적색광 (far-red) dye 입니다.
• 기존의 DAPI, Draq™5, Draq™7등의 counterstaining dye에 비해, 열과 빛에 안정합니다.
• 568, 594, 633, 635, 647 nm 등의 다양한 laser line에 의해 excitation될 수 있습니다.
• Immunocytochemistry 및 high-content screening assays등에 효과적으로 사용됩니다.
• FACS시, 다양한 형광을 라벨링한 1차항체로 cell sub-populations sorting시 도움이 됩니다.
• Cy™5 filter로 리딩할 수 있습니다.

• Far-red cell membrane-permeable nuclear dye로 Live cell의 핵을 염색합니다. (fixed and permeabilized cells에는 적합하지 않습니다.)
• Suspension과 adherent cells을 모두 염색할 수 있습니다.
• Abs/Em with DNA: 662/694 nm (약 665nm에서 형광)
• 전통적인 nuclear counterstain인 DAPI에 비해 훨씬 형광에 안정하며, washing 스텝이 필요없습니다.

RedDot™2 (#40061)

• Far-red cell membrane-impermeable nuclear dye로 dead cell의 핵을 염색하며, fixed and permeabilized cells staining에 적합합니다.
• Cytoplasmic RNA staining을 최소화하기 위한 RNAase 처리단계가 필요없습니다.
• Abs/Em with DNA: 665/695 nm (약 665nm에서 형광)
