Live-or-Dye Fixable Viability Staining Kit

 
  • Live/Dead stain은 죽은 세포의 세포내 형광신호를 분석에서 제외할 수 있기 때문에, 유세포 분석을 통해 세포 표면 단백질 발현을 분석할 때 유용한 probe 입니다.
  • Live-or-Dye™ Fixable Viability Stain은 세포막을 투과하지 못하는 amine-reactive dye로, 막이 손상된 죽은 세포에만 세포내로 들어가서 세포내 단백질의 free amine기에 붙어 염색할 수 있습니다.
  • dye는 매우 안정적이어서 형광 손실이나 세포간 염료 이동없이 세포를 고정하고 투과시킬 수 있습니다. 
  • 다양한 범위의 형광 스펙트럼을 통해 multi-color flow panel에서 maximal flexibility를 제공합니다. 
  • fixation, permeabilization 후에도 fluorescence signal loss가 없습니다.
  • 염색 후에도 antibody staining이나 다른 cell staining과 호환 됩니다.

    Live-or-Dye NucFix™ Red Staining Kit 

      

    • Live-or-Dye NucFix™ Red Staining Kit는 chemically reactive, cell impermeable dye로 dead cell의 nuclei를 염색합니다. 
    • 현미경과 유세포 분석기로 관찰시 live cell과 dead cell을 확실하게 구별해 줍니다. 
    • 일반적인 propidium iodide와는 달리 매우 안정하고, 세포가 형광의 손실 없이 fixed, permeabilized되도록 도모합니다. 
    • 박테리아에서의 fixable dead cell staining에도 이용됩니다. 
    • 구성 : Live-or-Dye NucFix™ Red Dye & Anhydrous DMSO

     




    Figure 1. HeLa cells were treated with 5% ethanol for 10 minutes to kill a subset of the cells and then stained according to the product protocol with Live-or-Dye NucFix™ dead cell stain (red). Cells were also stained with Hoechst (blue) to label the nuclei of both live and dead cells and imaged on a Zeiss LSM 700 confocal microscope (NucFix™ Red in the Cy®3 channel, Hoechst in the DAPI channel).
    Only dead cells show bright, red nuclear staining with NucFix™.
