Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) Activity Assay Kit (#MET-5123) 

• Plasma, serum, tissue homogenates, cell suspension에 존재하는  Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT)의 활성을 측정합니다.
• 시료내 존재하는 ALT는 alanine과 반응하여 glutamate와 pyruvate를 생성하는데, 이중 pyruvate를 colorimetric probe를 이용하여 측정합니다. ALT 활성이 높을수록 pyruvate의 양도 높게 측정됩니다. 
• 96-well에서 30-60분간 반응이 진행되며, 540-570nm에서 reading 합니다. 

Alanine Assay Kit (#MET-5093) 

• 시료와 WST-1, Alanine Dehydrogenase (ADH), Electron Mediator를 반응시켜 생성되는 WST-1 formazan을 colorimetric probe로 450nm에서 측정합니다. 
• Alanine  양이 많을수록 WST-1 formazan이 많이 생성됩니다.
