• Viral Transduction Enhancers는 바이러스 형질도입 과정의 효율성을 향상시키는 데 사용되는 소분자입니다. 
• 소분자를 사용함으로써 더 적은 바이러스 벡터의 사용을 가능하게 하고 또한 감염시키기 어려운 세포 유형의 형질도입을 가능하게 할 수 있습니다. 
• 소분자는 유전자 전사, 세포 진입 또는 DNA 복제를 포함하여 바이러스 유전자 발현을 촉진하기 위해 다양한 세포 과정을 표적으로 합니다. 일부 화합물은 융합을 촉발하거나 벡터와 표적 세포 사이의 반발을 감소시킴으로써 바이러스 세포 진입을 강화함으로써 작용하는 반면, 또 다른 화합물들은 세포 진입 후 세포내에서 작용합니다.
