  • 염색질 리모델링 효소의 활성을 모니터링하기 위해 설계된 기질입니다.
  • In vitro Nucleosome Remodeling (repositioning)을 모니터링 하는데 이용됩니다. 
  • Histone을 감싸고 있는 DNA의 5'말단을 Cy3로 처리하고, Histone octamer는 Cy5로 라벨링되었습니다.
  • Histone octamer가 재배치 되거나 방출될때 Cy5가 소실되므로 Cy3-Cy5 FRET의 원리를 통해 확인합니다.
