PrepOne Sapphire Blue LED Gel Illuminator는 전기영동 후 DNA band 분리패턴을 UV 장비없이 바로 확인할 수 있는 non-UV 미니 일루미네이터 입니다.

특징

전기영동 후 DNA band 분리패턴을 UV 장비없이 바로 확인할 수 있는 blue LED light box 입니다.
490nm 파장 (475±30 nm)의 형광을 사용한 DNA 밴드 확인에 용이합니다.
UV light를 사용하지 않으므로 별도의 보호 장비가 필요없습니다.
EtBr을 사용하지 않으므로, 회수된 high quality DNA를 다른 여러 응용에 사용할 수 있습니다.
암실 역할을 하는 접이식 Photo hood를 이용할 경우, 스마트폰이나 태블릿으로 젤 사진을 촬영할 수 있습니다.

GelGreen™ dye 및 이미 dye가 포함된 Embi Tec GreenGel™ Pre-Cast Agarose Gels, GreenGel Cup과 함께 사용하실 것을 추천합니다.
