DNA 전기영동 장치 | RunOne DNA Electrophoresis System

RunOne™ Electrophoresis System은 DNA 분리용 전기영동장치로 gel casting system, gel running tank, power supply로 구성되어 있습니다. 다양한 크기의 DNA gel을 만들 수 있는 MultiCaster 와 Agarose Precast Gel을 사용할 수 있습니다.

특징 

 

  • RunOne System은 DNA gel 밴드 분리를 위한 전기영동장치 입니다. 
  • 4개의 mini gel과 2개의 wide gel을 한번에 제작할 수 있습니다. 
  • 젤 제작을 위한 casting system, 전개를 위한 running tank, 전류 공급을 위한 power supply로 구성되어 있습니다. 
  • 과전류시 안전보호 기능이 있습니다. 
  • Timer가 있는 power supply 이용 시,  전개 시간이 종료되면 알람이 울리고 자동적으로 전원이 꺼집니다.  (EP-2114 모델)
  • Multicaster와 함께 이용시, 최대 108개의 DNA 샘플을 한번에 전개할 수 있습니다. 
  • Vented lid를 통해 수증기가 빠져나가 gel 전개를 관찰하기 쉽습니다.
