CellExpand Expansion Media

• 조혈모세포와 전구세포의 증식을 위한 growth factor와 cytokine의 mixture 입니다.
• Human 골수, 전혈, 제대혈, T-cell, B-cell의 expansion에 이용됩니다.
• 사용이 간편합니다. (Cell 준비 후 CellExpand를 넣고 배양하면 됩니다.)

HemaFlow™  Media

• 특정 조혈 계통의 Cell population을 자극시켜 세포의 배양 기간을 단축시키고, CD 마커와 같은 특징적인 바이오마커를 이용한 유세포분석을 통해 계통 특이적 세포를 식별하고 정량화할 수 있도록 하는 media 입니다. 
• Colony내에서 세포 타입을 확인하는 methylcellulose colony-forming unit (CFU) assay를 대체합니다. 
• 적용 cell population
  - SC-GEMM 1: Primitive hematopoietic stem cell
  - P-BFU 1: Primitive erythropoietic progenitor cell
  - P-GM 1: Primitive granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells
  - P-Mk 1: Primitive megakaryopoietic progenitor cell
