OxiSelect™ Comet Assay Kit는 Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis assay를 통해 세포의 DNA 손상을 측정하는 Assay Kit 입니다.

특징

 

  • 다양한 형식의 DNA 손상에 대해 Single cell gel electrophoresis assay 방법으로 스크리닝합니다.
  • 전류가 흐르는 동안 손상된 DNA는 "comet (혜성)" 모양을 형성하며, Epifluorescence microscopy로 확인한 결과 건강한 DNA와 시각적으로 구분됩니다.
  • 96-well 혹은 3-well 형식으로 제공됩니다.
  • low-melting agarose의 경우 Slide 형식을 이용하여 분석하실 수 있습니다.
