특징
- HepaSH는 일본의 중앙실험동물연구소(CIEA)와 Biopredic사의 공동연구를 통해 개발된 신개념의 Human hepatocyte로, 인간 간세포를 humanized liver mice (TK-NOG mice)에 이식하여 얻은 인간 간세포 모델입니다.
- 동일한 조건의 인간 간세포를 지속적으로 공급할 수 있습니다.
- 장기 배양이 가능합니다. (monolayer culture에서 14일간 배양)
- 서로 다른 3명의 donor로 부터 파생된 hepatocyte를 이용함으로써, 분석결과의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
- Donor 1: Female, Caucasian, 12 years old
- Donor 2: Male, Caucasian, 3 months
- Donor 3: Male, African, 31 years old
- HepaSH 세포는 PHH와 유사한 수준의 약물 대사 효소 활성과 유전자 발현을 보입니다.
- Fresh suspended hepatocytes 형태로 제공되어 바로 plating하여 실험에 이용할 수 있습니다.
- PHH와 마찬가지로 약물동태 및 독성시험, 약리시험 등에 사용할 수 있습니다.
