특징

Benz-Neburase는 백신, 바이러스와 같은 생물학적 분자 및 생물 약제 생산의 정제 과정에 사용되는 Serratia marcescens의 유전자 조작 endonuclease로, DNA와 RNA를 3-5bp의 nucleotide로 분해하는 효과적인 endonuclease입니다.
double stranded, single stranded, linearized, circular form등 모든 형태의 DNA와 RNA에 작용합니다.
매우 광범위한 조건에서 활성을 갖고 단백질 분해 활성이 없기 때문에 바이러스 벡터 제조 공정에서 용해된 숙주세포와 같은 까다로운 DNA 오염 물질을 제거할때 이용합니다.
활성을 위해 Mg2+을 필요로 하고, pH6-10의 광범위한 pH 내성을 가지며, 35-55도에서도 견딥니다.
GMP 등급의 Benz-Neburase는 추적 가능한 엄격한 품질 관리 하에 생산되어 다양한 응용 분야에 대한 IND 제출 및 개발 단계에 이용될 수 있습니다.
