배경

RFP는 빨간색-주황색의 형광을 내는 형광단으로 처음에는 DsRed라는 이름으로 불리웠습니다. λ_ex 최대값은 558nm, λ_em 최대값은 583nm입니다. mCherry는 DsRed에서 파생된 빨간색 형광단백질이며, 세포 내 구성요소에 표지를 할 때 사용됩니다.

실험 결과

ARG55723 anti-mCherry antibody WB image. Western blot: 100 µg of 293HEK cells transduced with myc-mCherry Ad and stained with ARG55723 anti-mCherry antibody at 1:1000 dilution.

ARG55723 anti-mCherry antibody ICC/IF image. Immunocytochemistry: 293HEK cells transfected with mCherry-Rab1a and stained with ARG55723 anti-mCherry antibody at 1:50 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% of PFA. 

 ARG55724 anti-tdTomato antibody WB image. Western blot: 50 µg of 293HEK cells transduced with cDNA and stained with ARG55724 anti-tdTomato antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
