특징

  

  • PPIasese는 proline-rich protein에 존재하는 imide bond의 이성질체화를 촉매함으로서, 단백질 폴딩에 관여합니다. 
  • Cyclophilins, FK506-binding proteins (FKBPs), parvulins (including Pin1) subfamily로 구성되며, 파트너 단백질의 활동을 조절합니다.
  • 이 효소에 대한 inhibitor는 바이러스 감염, 염증, 암, 신경보호 등의 분야에서 중요한 치료잠재력을 가집니다.
  • Eurofins Discovery는 PPIases를 표적으로 하는 화합물을 분석해 드립니다.
