KinaseProfiler in action: 7 compounds (1μM and 10 μM concentrations) tested to investigate their capacity to modulate the kinase activity of members of the wild-type (WT) and mutants Abl kinase family (h, human, m = mouse). Results are expressed as a percentage of inhibition of the kinase activity measured in the DMSO control wells.
