Protein Identification  

• In-Gel Identification : Gel band 및 spot으로부터 분리된 단백질을 동정합니다. (Destaining, in-gel digestion, nano-flow LC-MS/MS, peptide spectral match data analysis)
• In-Solution Identification : Recombinant protein expression, affinity purification system 모니터링 등의 용도로 이용됩니다. 

Proteome Profiling 

• 수백에서 수천개의 단백질을 동시에 모니터링 합니다. 
• UHPLC-UV sample fractionation은 복잡한 시료 유형에 대해 단백질 서열 범위 및 검출 동적 범위를 극대화 합니다. 
• 시퀀싱 등급 trypsin 또는 대체 단백질 분해 방법을 사용하여 샘플을 digestion 합니다.
• Trypsin으로 분해된 펩타이드 샘플은 nano-flow LC-MS/MS를 사용하여 분석됩니다. 
• Spectral counting 방법은 대략적인 단백질의 relative abundance를 제공합니다.

Phospho Enrichment Profiling  

• 인산화된 펩타이드는 Fe-NTA를 사용하여 농축됩니다.
• 검출된 단백질 ID, 펩타이드에 대한 PTM 할당 및 PSM 수를 자세히 설명하는 전체 데이터 보고서를 제공합니다.

Quantitative Proteomics

• Label-Free DIA : 광범위한 프로테옴 커버리지와 일관된 정량화를 제공합니다. 대량의 코흐트 연구에 적합합니다.
• Isobaric Label TMT : 라벨을 붙인 샘플을 nano-flow LC-MS/MS로 분석합니다. 표지된 펩타이드는 단일 크로마토그래피 피크로 용출되고, 이온화된 펩타이드는 data-dependant selection 및 high-field Orbitrap MS/MS를 사용하여 분석됩니다. 다중화된 표지된 펩타이드는 다중화된 채널 각각에 해당하는 특정 리포터 이온을 생성합니다. 
• Targeted PRM : Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) 기술은 타겟 단백질에 대한 high throughput validation을 제공합니다.
