특징

PathHunter Nuclear Translocation Cell line은 Enzyme Donor (ED)-tagged target protein과 핵에 국한되어 존재하는 Enzyme Acceptor (EA)를 발현합니다.
Signaling pathway가 활성화되면 ED-tagged target protein가 nucleus 안으로 translocation되어 두 enzyme fragment가 결합함으로써 기능적 beta-galactosidase 효소를 생성하고 기질과 반응하여 화학발광 신호를 생성합니다. 혹은 ED-tagged protein이 핵을 비우도록 유도하여 functional enzyme의 감소를 유도하여 화학발광 신호 감소를 초래할 수 있습니다.
PathHunter® eXpress Nuclear Translocation Assay는 cell line과 시약, plate 등 분석에 필요한 모든 재료를 포함한 Ready-to-use 형식으로 제공합니다.
