cAMP ELISA Kit (Chemiluminescent) (#STA-501)

• Cell, Tissue, Lysates, Urine, Plasma, Culture medium 등 다양한 샘플에서 cAMP를 정량합니다.
• 다른 nucleotide 또는 cyclic nucleotide에 대한 교차반응없이 cAMP 레벨을 측정합니다. 
  
• 낮은 cAMP level을 갖는 샘플은 민감도를 높이기 위해 아세틸화를 시킨 후 진행할 수 있습니다. (시약 포함됨)
• 비아세틸화 조건에서의 kit의 검출범위는 1-1000pmol/ml이며, 아세틸화된 조건에서는 10-2500fmol/ml로 민감도가 향상됩니다.

원리 : Anti-rabbit IgG 항체는 plate에 코팅되어 있고, 샘플내 존재하는 cyclic AMP는 rabbit anti-cAMP polyclonal antibody의 존재하에서 plate 결합을 위해 peroxidase cAMP tracer와 경쟁합니다. 인큐베이션 및 wash step후, plate 에 결합된 모든 peroxidase cAMP Tracer는 chemiluminescent reagent를 반응하여 검출됩니다. 발광의 양은 샘플내 cAMP의 양에 비례하여 나타납니다.
