  • N-Flux™ Digital PCR Master Mix는 cdPCR (chip-based digital PCR)에 사용되는 Chip과 Plate의 microfluidic channel을 흐르는 동안 partitioning을 최적화하고 시료 흡착을 최소화 하도록 설계된 고성능 dye-free mastermix 입니다.
  • dPCR 및 qPCR 분석시 민감하고 강력한 재현성을 보여줍니다.
  • Positive와 negative partition간의 명확한 분리를 위해 end-point 형광을 최대화하였습니다.
  • multiplex, singleplex, genotyping, dPCR & qPCR의 copy number 변이에 대해 검증되었습니다.
  • TaqMan, BHQ, molecular beacon을 포함한 모든 형광 프로브와 함께 이용할 수 있습니다. 
  • Fast cycling protocol을 갖는 Cheetah HotStart Taq을 이용하였습니다.

High-resolution, multiplex copy number variation analysis performed using N-Flux™ 5X Digital PCR Master Mix on the COMBiNATi Microfluidic Array Partitioning (MAP16) device. Superior partitioning results in quantitative determination of the copy number of a low abundance SNP variant and a high abundance control on human gDNA, with excellent separation between positive and negative wells.
