Forget-Me-Not™ qPCR Master Mix

Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mix는 Hot Start EvaGreen dye가 포함된 real-time PCR용 MasterMix로, 낮은 농도의 불활성 blue dye가 포함되어 있어, mastermix가 포함된 well을 쉽게 tracking 할 수 있습니다.

Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mix

강력한 시그널을 제공하는 EvaGreen dye와 신속한 cycling protocol을 제공하는 Cheetah HotStart Taq 기반의 ready-to-use Real-time PCR kit으로, 낮은 농도의 blue dye가 혼합되어 tracking에 용이합니다.
qPCR performance와 melt curve 분석을 향상시켰습니다.
컬러가 있는 Forget-Me-Not Template buffer에 template을 mix함으로서 reaction mix가 있는 well과 빈 well을 색상으로 구분할 수 있어 오류를 줄여줍니다.
기기에 따라 high ROX, low ROX, no ROX 타입을 선택할 수 있습니다.

Real-time PCR data comparing Forget-Me-Not™ (blue line) with Biotium’s Fast EvaGreen® (green line) and Qiagen's QuantiNova® SYBR® Green (black line) master mixes. Amplification curves on linear scale. EvaGreen® dye-based master mixes yield higher signal compared to the SYBR® Greenbased mix. Forget-Me-Not™ performs as well or better than the other master mixes.

*Instruments that do not require ROX reference dye are generally compatible with qPCR master mixes containing ROX (check with the manufacturer before use).

**Bio-Rad’s iCycler™ users do not need to add fluorescein to the PCR reaction as EvaGreen® dye has a slight background fluorescence that provides adequate and stable baseline level fluorescence.

Forget-Me-Not™ Universal Probe Master Mix

Singleplex and triplex PCR of GAPDH, ACTB and TFCR from human genomic DNA. Reactions contained 20 ng of human genomic DNA, 400 nM of each primer, and 200 nM of each hydrolysis probe (GAPDH-FAM/BHQ®-1, ACTB-CAL Fluor® Orange 560/BHQ®-1, TFCR-CAL Fluor® Red 610/ BHQ®-2).
