  • Histamine(히스타민)은 G-protein-coupled histamine receptor인 H1, H2, H3, H4에 작용하는 monoamine signaling molecule로, 비만세포 및 basophil과 같은 effector cell에서 차등적으로 발현되고, 다양한 면역학적 및 비면역학적 자극에 의한 활성을 매개합니다.
  • Histamine은 면역 조절 및 알레르기 질환에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 세포증식, 분화, 조혈, 배아발잘, 재생, 상처치유, 아민성 신경전달, 뇌하수체 호르몬 분비 및 위장 및 순환 기능 조절에도 관여합니다.
